Course Learning Outcomes

Unique Practical Training & Certification Approach

Unlike generic crane courses, at Talent Training Institute we ensure:

  • Each operator is trained and assessed on the actual crane model he/she will be operating on-site.
  • Practical assessments are carried out on that crane type to validate real competency.
  • The certificate clearly mentions the crane model on which the operator was trained and assessed.
  • If an operator later needs certification for a different crane model (e.g. moving from Rough Terrain to Crawler), they must undergo additional training and assessment on that model.

This ADNOC-approved process ensures authenticity, compliance, and site-specific safety competence, which is why major ADNOC contractors trust us for mobile crane operator training.

Upon completion of this mobile crane operator certification UAE, participants will be able to:

  • Demonstrate knowledge of ADNOC HSE requirements for crane operations
  • Explain operator responsibilities and crane safety legislation
  • Identify and prevent causes of crane instability
  • Read and apply mobile crane capacity charts accurately
  • Carry out pre-operation inspections and safety checks
  • Plan and execute safe lifts using proper rigging and slinging techniques
  • Communicate effectively using banksman signals and radio procedures

FAQ

Yes, the ADNOC Mobile Crane Certification is model-specific. This means you will be trained and assessed on the exact crane type you operate at site — whether it’s a Truck-Mounted, Rough Terrain, All-Terrain, Crawler, Pick-and-Carry, Carry Deck, or Telehandler Crane. The certificate you receive will clearly mention the crane model. If later you need certification for another crane model, you’ll need to take training and assessment on that new model as well.

To join the Safe Mobile Crane Operations ADNOC Approved course, you need to meet these requirements:

  • Be at least 21 years old
  • Hold a Higher Secondary School Certificate (or equivalent)
  • Have a valid UAE or GCC driving license
  • Have at least 5 years of crane operating experience (3 years on the same type preferred)
  • Be able to read, write, and speak English
  • Be physically fit, with good eyesight, hearing, and reflexes
  • Be familiar with crane manufacturer instructions and standard hand signals

The course covers all major categories of mobile cranes, including:

  • Truck-Mounted Cranes
  • Rough Terrain Cranes (RT Cranes)
  • All-Terrain Cranes (AT Cranes)
  • Crawler Cranes
  • Pick-and-Carry Cranes
  • Carry Deck Cranes
  • Telescopic Handler Cranes (Telehandlers with Crane Attachment)

You will train and be assessed on the exact crane model you use at work, and that model will be mentioned on your certificate.

Practical training is done on the same model of crane that the operator will use on site. This ensures real-world skill transfer. During training, operators practice:

  • Pre-operation inspections
  • Safe positioning and outrigger setup
  • Lifting, rigging, and slinging operations
  • Load chart application
  • Communication and signalling

The final assessment is conducted on the same crane model, making the certificate specific and reliable.
